Message Hey guys,

We are doing our best with keeping up with everyone. This is why all future purchases of our 2.5" piping (full sets) and intercoolers will be sold through Greg at Specialty Z.

While being backed up here at the shop ourselves (not uncommon for "made to order" parts), we are also trying to supply Greg so that customers have the option to order from a vendor who has stock.

The problem we are having is that though we have been telling people for months now that it could take several weeks to receive a part due to having a line of customers waiting for things like the MASSIVE V-2's that were just released, customers are calling and wanting to "jump the line" and come first.

While the phones are ringing off the hook it doesn't leave us much time to actually complete these projects if we are on the phone all day answering "where's my parts" type questions and troubleshooting technical calls that have absolutely nothing to do with our products.

I will admit, we are at the point now where we will be involved in assembly line manufacturing to take care of these past orders so that we can actually deliver them rather than being on the phone trying to explain why they aren't out yet.

That being said, we are working toward no longer being a retail store ourselves, but rather a wholesaler to our vendors. This way, we can concentrate solely on supplying Greg so that he can keep everyone happy and not have to worry about juggling his orders with our customer orders.

To those of you who are currently waiting on piping and intercoolers, I extend you my sincere apologies for the time it is taking us to get these to you. For those of you are looking to purchase these items in the future, I strongly suggest contacting Greg or Seb at Specialty Z to eliminate lead times. Of course, any electronics will still be purchased and delivered through us as stocking another vendor with Ash's tunes might as well be considered impossible. However, once we are on the right track with supplying Greg, getting our electronics out will no longer be an issue.

Tim, Chin will have your parts before next weekend you have my word on that.

RVAZ- I apologize as I'm not familiar with our customers avatars on the forums but if you'll send me an email to nick@ashspecz.com I will do my best to get you taken care of.

Our posted hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday but we are here working 14-16 hour days at least 6 days a week building products. If we don't pick up the phone it's because we are extremely busy and either A) find that it's more important to get the parts built or B) are not in a position to take further orders based on the list of people that we are already building parts for.

Ash does enjoy helping people troubleshoot on the phone but Spending Hours On The Phone + Trying To Meet Deadlines = Epic Fail.

Once again I apologize for delays, but 2 full time workers and 2 part time workers building the things we build in the manner that we build them cannot in any way shape or form compete with the lead times of companies like Wal-Mart.
